About Us

Lafos aims to bring the beauty of craftsmanship everywhere. We have been creating unique handmade products and home interiors from natural materials, blending tradition and modernity in harmony. We strive to spread the love for natural and environmentally friendly products.

Our export markets include Japan, Spain, Korea, and the USA. We collaborate with four partners who are skilled artisans from five traditional villages: Chuong My, Ninh Binh, Long An, Soc Trang, and Hau Giang.

Our products are handmade by artisans from Vietnam’s traditional craft communities, who possess diverse and distinctive skills and methods. These skills have been passed down through generations. Vietnamese artists are both highly skilled and passionate.

Additionally, these artisans are the same farmers who cultivate and harvest the water hyacinth and seagrass used in our handicrafts. We strive to use natural and locally sourced materials in our products, support small local businesses, and incorporate native patterns into our designs.

As an exporter of homeware handicrafts, our mission is to provide Vietnamese artisans with the opportunity to secure decent employment, support their families, and prosper within their communities, irrespective of gender, race, or region. Besides aiding local craftsmen, we aim to promote and preserve high-quality, sustainably produced Vietnamese handicrafts, while maintaining the value of traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship.
